
After successful payment, GSK will get the mail from the Prologic web solution Pvt. Ltd with the subject line “Welcome to GST Suvidha Kendra” where the link of GST Suvidha Kendra and login credentials will be mentioned. Use the link and login credentials to log in to CRM Portal.

To change the Login id, GSK needs to raise a ticket from the CRM portal stating the details of the change in description.
After getting logged in, GSK will get the option to raise tickets on the CRM portal on the left side.
Please follow the below steps to raise a ticket from CRM Portal:-

Click on the option of “ticket” to see the number of tickets raised by GSK and their responses.

“Coupon” option will appear on the CRM portal. Click on that to see the coupon and the validity of the coupon is 1 year.

GSK can simply click on the sign “G” highlighted on your CRM portal at the right corner from where you find the list of services and its documents.

To book the appointment click on the option “Setup Appointment” on your CRM portal. Please check the below screenshot for your preference:-
